Public offer

This is an offer to enter into an agreement to buy access to the game Runway 200 on the site runway200.xyz. It is addressed to anyone. By pressing the payment button and paying for the order, you accept this agreement in full — from that moment it is in force between you and the seller.

This is a translation of the Russian public offer. If the two versions differ, the Russian one prevails.

1. What is sold

Access to the full version of Runway 200 — a turn-based browser game about two hundred weeks in the life of a company.

• The first ten weeks of every run are open for free, without a purchase.
• The purchase lifts the limit: all two hundred weeks and any number of new runs open up.
• Access has no end date: it isn't renewed, there's no subscription and no repeat charges.
• Along with access you get a key of the form RW-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. The key opens the game on no more than three devices at a time.

Access is sold for personal use. The rights to the game itself, its text, code and design stay with the rights holder; the purchase doesn't transfer them and doesn't permit resale, copying or publishing the source.

2. Price and payment

The price is 990 ₽; the English version of the site also shows it as about $12. Payment is charged in rubles. The price is shown on the site and on the purchase screen; the one shown at the moment of payment applies.

Payment goes through payment providers that accept money in their own name and under their own rules. The seller doesn't receive or store the card number, the payer's name or email: the payment provider only sends a message that “order number such-and-such has been paid”.

3. When the agreement counts as fulfilled

Access opens automatically as soon as the payment provider confirms the payment — usually within a few seconds, in rare cases up to a day. At that moment the service counts as delivered and the agreement as fulfilled.

If access hasn't opened within a day after the money was charged, write to runway200@proton.me. The answer comes within 3 business days. Access will be opened manually, or the money returned in full.

4. Refunds

You can get your money back if access was never opened through the seller's fault, or if the game doesn't work for a reason the seller is responsible for. For a refund, write to runway200@proton.me with the order number or the key. The decision and the refund come within ten business days of your request; the money is returned the same way it was paid.

Once the money has gone back to the buyer — under this section, or because they disputed the payment through their bank — the issued key stops working and access is closed on all devices of the profile.

If access is open and the game works, there is no refund: the buyer got exactly what they bought, and before buying could check for free whether the game suits them — that's what the first ten weeks are open for.

5. What the seller doesn't promise

• The game is provided “as is”. It's entertainment and a learning model, not business advice, a forecast, or a decision-making tool.
• The seller doesn't promise the game will be available without interruption: breaks for updates and hosting outages are possible.
• The safety of runs isn't guaranteed absolutely: a run is stored on the server and tied to a browser cookie. If no Telegram sign-in, login or recovery code is set up in the profile, clearing cookies, losing a device or an outage may cost an unfinished run. Purchased access isn't lost — it's restored with the key.
• A purchase can only be placed after signing in with Telegram, and access is tied to that Telegram account: signing in with it on any device gives access even without the key. If the key is lost, the seller will resend it in reply to a message from that account. The seller doesn't know the buyer's email or name, so there's no other way to send the key. Save the key right after purchase.

In any case the seller's liability is limited to the amount paid for access.

6. Other terms

The agreement is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. The parties first try to settle disputes by correspondence: a claim to runway200@proton.me, an answer within 3 business days.

The seller may change this offer. A new version takes effect when published on this page and applies to purchases made after that; the version date is shown at the top.
