One week —
one turn.

The game stops only at forks. Pick one and see what happens.

At the end — a review.

Isn’t two hundred weeks a lot?

No. A week in the game is a turn, not seven days. Weeks with nothing to decide get fast-forwarded in one line. Play at your own pace: your run is saved, and you can come back to it any time.

What happens to my run after I pay?

Nothing resets: same week, same world, same decisions. Week eleven just stops running into the purchase screen.

Is the key an account?

No. You get the key on purchase; it works on three devices, and if you lose it we’ll resend it via Telegram. Runs with a purchase show up in your profile: sign in with Telegram or a login.

Can I play without buying?

Yes: the full first ten weeks, up to the first period report, with no sign-up.

Unit economics in plain wordsWhat CAC, LTV and churn are, how to calculate them on a napkin, and why early on these numbers are an estimate, not a fact. Startup runwayWhat a startup's runway is, how to calculate it in a minute, why it's shorter than it looks, and how many months before zero to start looking for money. Price warWhat to do when a competitor undercuts you: cut your price, hold it, or retreat into a niche — and why a discount brings different customers, not cheaper ones. Founder dilutionWhat founder dilution is, how it adds up over several rounds and employee options, and why the percentage matters more than the amount on the term sheet. A startup's first hireWhen to make a startup's first hire, whom to hire first — an engineer, a salesperson or support — and why a new hire costs money long before paying off. Customer interviewsHow to run customer interviews, what to ask, how many conversations you need, and why five glowing reviews prove nothing yet. Customer churnHow to calculate customer churn, why you look at it by cohort, and why with steady churn your customer count stops growing no matter how much you spend on ads. Nobody decides for the playerWhy Runway 200 has no “do the sensible thing” button, and why every fork has a “do nothing” option.
